  1. Agreement to Use the Platform
    Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms” / “Agreement”) carefully. This is a legal contract between Kanayaa Skin Clinic, a business registered in India, hereinafter “We,” “Us,” or “Our,” and you, the user or visitor (“You” or “Your”). These Terms apply to your access to and use of the website shop.kanayaaskinclinic.com (the “Website”) and any related mobile or connected platform (collectively, “Platform”) for purchasing skincare products.
  2. Acceptance
    By accessing or using the Platform in any way (browsing or ordering), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies posted on the Platform. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
  3. Definitions
    • Products mean skincare items, cosmetics, creams, cleansers, etc., sold through our Platform.
    • User means a registered customer.
    • Visitor means a person viewing the Platform without registering.
  4. Account Creation
    Registering is optional for viewing products; however, to place orders, view order history, and use certain features, you must create an account. You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  5. Prices & Product Information
    We aim to display accurate product details, including images, descriptions, and prices. However, slight variations may occur. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of shipping and taxes, unless otherwise stated. Products may vary from their images or descriptions.
  6. Orders & Payment
    • You place an order by selecting Products, providing billing/shipping information, and making a payment via available payment methods (credit/debit card, Razorpay, etc.).
    • Payment must be made in full before shipping. Ownership of the Products transfers to you upon delivery and confirmation of full payment.
    • We are not responsible if payment methods are declined or malfunction due to external issues.
  7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
    • We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery timelines are estimates.
    • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If a Product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for resolution.
  8. Returns & Refunds
    • You may request returns or refunds within 5 days of delivery for Products that are defective, damaged, or significantly different from their description (unless specified otherwise).
    • Returned Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, seals, warranty card (if any), and invoice.
    • Once verified, refunds (for prepaid payments) will be processed within 48-72 hours (bank transfer or refund to original payment method). For cash-on-delivery, specific terms may apply.
  9. User Conduct
    You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to impersonation, posting unlawful or offensive content, spamming, hacking, or violating intellectual property rights.
  10. Disclaimers & Liability
    • The Products sold are for external use only. Always follow instructions and patch-test if needed.
    • We do not guarantee that all Products suit your skin type. We are not liable for allergic reactions or misuse.
    • The Platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall Kanayaa Skin Clinic be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses of profits, or business interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability is capped at the value of the Product(s) purchased or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.
  12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through the courts located in New Delhi (or the appropriate jurisdiction where your business is registered).
  13. Amendments
    We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be posted on the Website and will become effective immediately. Your continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
