Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed on shop.kanayaaskinclinic.com, it is processed immediately to ensure timely dispatch.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- If you wish to request cancellation before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at kanayaa.by.dr.kanika@gmail.com
- Cancellation requests are subject to order status and approval.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is physically damaged
- Incorrect product delivered
- Product is manufacturing defective
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene safety, we do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong product or variant, or personal preference.
How to Request a Return

Please provide:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Clear unboxing video showing the product and invoice
Return conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Original packaging, seals, labels, and labels intact
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
