Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed on shop.kanayaaskinclinic.com, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We process all confirmed orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns only if:

  • The product received is physically damaged.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is defective.

To initiate a return, you must:

  1. Email us at kanayaa.by.dr.kanika@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID, a description of the issue, and clear video of you unboxing the product and invoice.
  3. Ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note: We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, such as ordering the wrong variant or product by mistake.
